Happy September! We’ve been hard at work these past few months to make our Returns process even more helpful to you. We're super excited to tell you all about our new Return Center's process and we hope you find the major improvements as efficient as we do. We're especially excited about:
Convenience: We’ve partnered with Happy Returns to make the return process very easy. With several thousand Return Bar locations nation-wide (locations are typically within a 10-mile radius of your home), you will now have the option to drop off your returns at a nearby Return Bar location box-free, contact-free, and without ever needing to print a shipping label.
We will continue to accept returns through the mail if you still prefer this option.
Sustainable Initiative: To help reduce cardboard packaging waste, your returns will be packaged using environmentally-friendly reusable totes.
Though these improvements made to our returns process require a small returns fee, we are committed to making sure we provide you the best customer service by processing your returns faster and hassle-free.
